Not all decisions are comfortable.
Life sometimes throws us curve balls and we have to face difficult and uncomfortable situations.
Sometimes none of the options available to us seem attractive.
BUT sometimes we need to make uncomfortable decisions and take difficult action to achieve what’s in our best interests rather than sticking with how we want things to be, which may be to our detriment.
It is important to make strong important decisions with your head rather than allowing your heart (i.e. emotional self) to be the guiding force.
It does depend on the situation but in my job as a divorce consultant, I often need to guide my clients to listen to their rational mind rather than their emotional heart. Easier said than done for them to achieve this sometimes though. It’s a difficult and emotionally charged situation. I’m here to help.
