When your divorce comes as a shock, it’s a lot to process. LH had been married to her husband for a very long time and it came as a huge shock when he announced he wanted a divorce.
She was deeply distressed and it was difficult for her to process the news and even harder to have to then deal with the legal process.
I supported her throughout her divorce and she kindly agreed to share her story of the work we did together:

What was going on for you that prompted you to get in touch with Rhiannon in the first place?
“My husband informed me that he wanted to end our marriage.”

She also helped me to find a solicitor and to prepare for my first meeting with them, so that I felt more in control and my time was well utilised.”
