Phone Clinic

By booking and paying for the Phone Clinic, you are accepting and agreeing to the terms and conditions outlined below.
These terms and conditions are the entire agreement between you (the client) and me (Rhiannon Ford Divorce Consultancy).

The Service
You are paying for a 30-minute telephone call with me. During the call, I will provide assistance on a subject you have chosen for the phone clinic call, using the information you provide me ahead of the call and during the call itself.

Payment Terms
Payment must be made at the time of booking by online payment.

Rebooking and refunds
Refunds cannot be given for Phone Clinic bookings.  If you do not turn up for the call you will NOT be entitled to a refund.  Please be aware that once booked, refunds cannot be provided. Should you need to reschedule the Phone Clinic, please email me at rhiannon@rhiannonford.co.uk or use the link provided in your reminder and confirmation email. Please ensure that you reschedule no later than 24 hours before your slot. If I need to cancel your Phone Clinic for reasons beyond my control i.e., illness or power failure, I will ensure to let you know as soon as possible. I will, of course, reschedule the Phone Clinic to a time that will suit you.

My obligations
I will deliver my services during the Phone Clinic call with reasonable care and skill.

Your obligations
To call me at the agreed time. You will be supplied with the telephone number ahead of the call.  If you are late, the phone call will not be extended beyond the pre-arranged finish time.
The call will be cancelled, and NO refund will be given if you are more than 10 minutes late.

Your Personal Information 
The personal information you supply will be used by me to provide the services required to deliver the Phone Clinic call. All information will be dealt with in accordance with Rhiannon Ford Divorce Consultancy, please view my privacy policy here

Confidentiality
I will not share or disclose to any other person any information concerning you or your situation that is provided to me during the Phone Clinic.

Other
These terms & conditions form the agreement between us. No other person can enforce any of its terms. Our respective rights under these terms & conditions cannot be assigned or transferred to another person.

Each section of these terms & conditions operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them is unlawful or cannot be enforced, the remaining sections will remain in full force and effect.

These terms & conditions are governed by English law and are under exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Time Zone Information:
All bookings are displayed in the time zone of the country from which the appointment is booked. Confirmation emails and reminder notifications will reflect this local time zone, not UK time. Clients are responsible for ensuring they attend the appointment at the confirmed time shown in their booking confirmation.
